Payment Options

Timothy Park is pleased to offer two options to remit your deposit and monthly rental payments. These options are in addition to dropping your payment off at the rental office during business hours.

• A drop box is available at the rental office for a secure and timely option should you need to pay rent by check after office hours. Simply drop your check with apartment number noted in the box so our staff may apply the payment to your account.

• We offer a secure online option using either your existing PayPal account or via credit card. Your transaction is completely secure and ensures timely processing of your rent or security deposit fees. To use this online option simply select the "Pay Now" button below and complete the auto form.
  
  Please specify your unit number and payment type of "deposit" or "rent" after signing into your account.

Note:
The PayPal option is subject to a minimal handling charge of $20.00 and will be reflected at checkout.
